Josie’s journey in senior living began over a decade ago, starting as a caregiver right in the heart of the industry. With hands-on experience at every level, Josie has developed a deep understanding of what it truly takes to provide compassionate, respectful care. Now, as Executive Director, she combines that rich background with strong leadership to ensure every resident is treated with dignity and kindness.

Josie is deeply passionate about fostering a genuine sense of community where both residents and staff feel valued and connected. She believes that building personal relationships is key to creating a thriving, positive environment.

Outside of work, Josie is a dedicated mom to five energetic kids. She’s often found cheering from the sidelines at baseball, softball, and gymnastics events. When she’s not busy supporting her family, Josie enjoys boating and soaking up the sun at the beach—her favorite way to relax and recharge with loved ones.
